Payment: All fees must be paid prior to the course (except free course). T o ensure a place is reserved for you , p lease pay the earlier of: within 10 days of booking or 15 days prior to the course .
Cancellation: A full refund (less 20% administration fee) will be made for cancellations received in writing or by email not less than 15 days prior to the course. Cancellations after this time are charged at the full fee.
Substitution: Delegates may be substituted at any time before the course. Please inform us the change of name.
Free Courses: It is necessary to make a charge of £30 where cancellations are received with less than 10 working days' notice or delegates do not attend on the day when course takes place. No charge will be incurred if a substitute delegate attends the course.
Alteration to Courses: Vantis reserves the right to alter the scheduled programme of courses or their location at any time. All delegates will be given due notice and the option to cancel with a full refund.
